Halloween!

Great fun had by all the last few days.  We've had parties, parades and pumpkin smashes topped off only by more candy than can fit into our bags.  The kids had a blast and we so enjoyed the company of our friends.

Some of our favorite quotes from the night:

Hank - "Why are we going to every house in the world?"

Jane - While trying on Batman's mask "They called him Bruce Wayne, you can call me Bruce Jane."

Said about Georgia - "Someone stop that duck!" as she wobbled her way 4 houses away down our street while we hosted our chili party in the drive way.   Oops!

Hank after putting on his Batman mask, "Mom, do you have a Bruce Wayne mask for me to put under it?"

Said to Turner, "How many siblings do you have?  Seriously take some more candy."

Turner - "Yes!  I got 140 pieces."  Jane - "Oh yeah, that's not even a number.  Next year I'm going to get a billion!"

Best night ever from their perspective and a great one from ours.

Happy Halloween Everyone!

We had a few friends over for games and crafts yesterday...
donuts on a string, nature pumpkins, the great candy sort and mummy wraps!

Some art we made this week...

And Out went the lights as the 5 little pumpkins (4 little and 2 big in our case) rolled into bed!

Fall...

Soccer
Pumpkins
Playing in the warm sun...

We've been spoiled the last few weeks with amazing weather and really fun times.  Here's a few snap shots of what's been going on:

Turner with a good friend tonight at the Revolution Game.
They beat the Columbus Crew - 3 to 2.
"It was amazing!" - Turner

Georgia clucking back to a chicken at Drumlin Farm - a favorite place!

This is what happened one afternoon when Georgia played instead of taking a nap...

Georgia hamming it up as "Brave Warrior" as Hank named her on the swing one day.

When you wake up at 6:00 a.m. you have some time to kill before school starts.
Hank started this craze one morning.
