Circus
We saw the "greatest show on earth" yesterday with Anne, Matt and little cousins Ava & William. Jane was a little overstimulated but I think now aspires to be a contortionist. They were amazing - a 9 woman stack at one point (more impressive even than yertle the turtle.) The picture of Turner mesmerised below is his reaction to the Tigers. He said, "Are they going to eat him?" about the trainer. At the bottom, a picture of all of us at the end. All in all, I think this might be our first and last experience of the circus. The whips were a little too much and the protesters outside with their blown up pictures of elephants with strange diseases on their bodies did make me feel that we were participating in something horrific. Happy thoughts, happy thoughts. We've got another open house today. Wish us luck!
