Happy New Mother's Day

(picture taken before I knew the celtics would be playing the cleveland cavaliers ;)

Turner exclaimed, "Happy New Mothers Day" a few times - he's getting it confused with Happy New Year and the special day. We celebrated by buying a new car - the Nissan has been put to rest after over 200,000 miles - the almost annual brunell family cribbage tournament (sorry, we always forget to take pictures- John Conlan reigns as the champion for the next year) - and an afternoon out at 505. While the adults played croquet, Turner tried to teach Jane "Head, shoulders, knees and toes." We caught a snippet on video:

Also exciting this week was Turner's first concert - The Bare Naked Ladies played at the Barnes & Noble to promote their new kids CD "Snacktime." We went with our friends Madeline & Annemarie. You can see the kids at the end of the video very excited about their cookies.

Finally, a trip to the children's museum with friends Alice & Audrey. The kids all seemed to go different directions, so I couldn't get a shot of Audrey - Here's turner in the construction section and Jane lying underneath the Turtle aquarium.

Have a great week everyone!
